Crossfit WOD (60 min)
Monday: 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 6am, 7am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 12:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am, 9:30am
Sunday: open gym 10-12am
Foundations* (new crossfitters, 5 person limit): 9am, 4:30pm, or 6:30pm. Foundation sessions are by appointment only.
*other training times may be available, by appointment only.
