Not that long??? There is 5 rds of 10 135# thrusters…like I always say, I used to hate thrusters, I still do but I used to too:)

Not the typical Sat WOD. It was great to see Skittles and Goose. Way to go Skittles banging out some 85lb thrusters!!! Thanks for sharing the bars with me Amy and I totally agree with you BURPEES SUCK! Have a gr8 weekend peeps see ya Monday.

Trying to keep up with sonic was not so easy. Thanks for the poiners billy keeping your elbows up did help me out. Wtf frank I beat u and u leave u didnt even give me a chance to catch my breath and rub it in. 22 something rx.

This really does look like a good one! Wish I could have made it, but I had a blast this morning and the nails look phenom! Thanks Nick, LOL!! I’m def. gonna make this one up next week, but will be slashing the thruster weight in half. Obvs!

Im so mad I couldnt make this WOD. Really needed this one to work on my much needed burpee technique. @Ranger FYI I was catching today… Wouldnt of been able to go all 9 at my age without a daily regiment of crossfit! Thanks HQ!!!!!

16:43(105#)…going deload style for a few weeks to work on endurnace & intensity. Pendlay Seminar at HQ was great…iGots lots to learn. PR’s all over the place…none for me.
Watch the video above…that was some crazy shit to see live. Donny holds onto that bar w/ 440#(for like 25seconds) while he pulls it 3x, then squat cleans it, then jerks it & controls it down for a 2nd jerk…ridiculous! iLove this shit!

Missed the wod but had an amazing run this morning for a great cause! Ran the Race for the Cure in 24:14…not as fast as I wanted to, but I’ll take the 4 minute PR.
A HUGE thank you to Todd Collura for squeezing me in this morning. The knot in my back, that was made even worse by a very deep massage, feels amazing thanks to you! You have the magic touch! I plan on visiting you at The Station once you get set up in your new place! THANK YOU!

iPod: I think it was only 404, not that it’s any less impressive! And actually, that was the most he’s ever attempted, cuz he’s used to kilo plates ONLY, and we had to throw on those two 45# plates in substitution (cuz he already used all the big kilo plates in the house!!!) so it was more than he’d ever tried before. So basically, he SKIPPED the weight that he’s failed at 5-6 times before, and NAILED a heavier weight by default. Which is ridiculous! SOO much energy in that place today. To see that up close, that kind of focus and intensity in a training regimen… frigging unbelievable. What an honor. I’m still in shock over what I experienced today. Can’t WAIT to get in the gym tomorrow and put into practice what I saw and learned today…

Shit, iBe wrong, iPod be right: 442#!!! In kilos: 2 25s, 2 20s, 2 15s, 2 10s. Plus 2 45# plates, the bar is 44#
SO… 140 kilos in plates. Multiply that by 2.2 = 308#. Plus the 134# of plates and bar. Grand total of: 442#.
Ok, so it’s even MORE effing ridiculous!
