I will miss the peeps at the HQ but this is like a 1.5 mile drive instead of like 9. Can’t wait.

No Vegas, we will have a BIG Grand Opening mid February after the clinics/certs/comps we are having or are involved in. But we are excited about adding to our CFHC Family!!

Cannot wait for all of you guys to show up and wod in east boca. We made some major progress today. The reception area ( designed and build by Frank )and pull up bar were installed. We will so ready by Wednesday the 1st of February. Thanks to Chips we have all our 200m, 400m, 800m and 1 mile measured out to perfection. it’s a perfect 2 mile run to the beach which just calls for a speciality beach wod. Little warmup , a 2 miler , little wodding, another 2 miler , little stretching and done.

When are the class times for The Station going to be posted? I didn’t realize how close this was to my house. I might have to start riding my bike when I wod there!

Hey CSI it is exactly 2 miles to my house in Royal Oak Hills from the “Station” so it is probaly like 2.25 miles for you. We are easily within bike distance.

Thank you so much Scrum and Prince for all your help at the Station today. We got everything painted, cleaned and unpacked the bars and DB. Wouldn’t have gotten that much accomplished without your help. Ginger where is your husband? Are you afraid to give him my number?

Congrats Lil Big Bro and Sis on another “box that rocks”, so proud of you two and this exciting next phase in the CFHC “Sweat Shop” config. Props to all involved in the setup of making the spot happen and bringing it to life, can’t wait to see it! I smell one hell of an after party the Saturday nite of the official Grand Opening, just tell me where, ‘an I’ll bring the beats for the feets, and we’ll do it up “Dirty South Style”, ya heard??
