Running Clinic at The Compound March 7th and 14th

This class will teach you the basics on POSE and how to make you run more efficient with less chance of injury. The class is for beginners as well as the veteran. If you are a beginner, it will teach you how to make running more enjoyable and faster. On the other hand, if you are a veteran, this class will fine tune your form, making your times improve dramtically.
