If you’re looking to get started with CrossFit, but would like a more hands-on intro to the world of functional fitness, our 6-Week Intro to CrossFit course is just for you. While results will vary depending on training and nutrition compliance, after 6-weeks, you can expect to:
The 6-Week Intro to CrossFit course consists of 3 classes per week for 6 Weeks.
No prerequisite. All fitness levels are welcome!
6 Week Unlimited Membership: $250
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7am with Coach Adriana or Lance
Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm with Coach Adrian or Lance
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am with Coach Adriana
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30pm with Coach Alex
