For those who came out for first 5K this is your chance to test your improvement. For those who missed Crossfit Hardcore Endurance Team first event come out! It is for a great cause!
They also have a “TEAM Challenge” division. If you are interested post here. Teams of 5. You still race as an individual but your combined times at the end will count in the TEAM Challenge division.
Also Congrats to Shane, a endurance Wod vetran for a great Tri this past Sunday. I know he is new to the sport but he is an amazing athlete. His run was sub 7min miles! Way to represent Shane!
